As the title infers, this page is a collection of short essays of my Reflections, Thoughts, Learnings and resulting Lessons, over my 45 years of career work. Speckled over that period have been numerous forays into volunteer and pro bono work.

Feel free to peruse the essays I have written at the bottom of this page and see if any of them ring a bell with your travels and life experiences.

Looking back and reflecting, I challenge our conventional rhetoric and belief which cries with fatigue and overuse; obviously calling upon us to question, rethink, stop using or perhaps just dive deeper behind what has morphed into myths and false beliefs. Such regurgitated rhetoric should not remain at the surface, being taken at face value, but should be challenged for validity and questioned fully.

These aren't just words I pulled from other books or articles; regurgitated from common rhetoric. I actually experienced, felt and lived in the climate I narrate in my articles. And I gained much satisfaction by setting to narrative my experiences.

It is our thoughts that shape our life and many of those thoughts may be flawed and untrue that have become pure rhetoric. We must always move forward and never take any adage, belief and rhetoric at face value, as true and proven, as if our mission is purely to repeat and push forward the same rhetoric we have heard in past.

My hope is that these articles can help you move forward by encouraging you to think about your emotions, habits, relationships and better ensure your emerging happiness, fulfillment and success, whatever you define as success.
